Confidence You can have confidence when your you shop and have repairs done at Val Kryshak Jewelers. Our Goldsmith, John, has been with us totaling over 30 years. His experience & expertise will help you rest easy knowing your jewelry is in good hands. John also does watch repairs. He does everything from cleaning movements to replacing crystals. Timeliness How long do repairs take? Turnaround time on repairs varies depending on a number of factors. Peak seasons, employee vacations, & the extensiveness of the repair can determine the time of completion, but typically gold repairs are done in 7 to 10 days. Adjustments & sizings of newly purchased items from Val Kryshak's are done within 2 business days. Sometimes they are even done the same day.
Watch repairs typically vary from 5 minutes to 3 1/2 weeks depending on what needs to be done. From Thanksgiving thru Christmas, we ask that all watches in for band adjustments or a battery be left for 24 hours. If you have other shopping to do, we still may get the job done before you return.
